Fans of Dimash from Spain donate €1,000 to national center for children’s rehabilitation in Astana
In September, the Spanish fan club of Dimash Qudaibergen supported children undergoing treatment at the National Center for Children’s Rehabilitation in Astana. Their donation of €1,000 was timed to coincide with Dimash’s solo concert, which took place in Kazakhstan’s capital on September 13 and 14, El.kz cites dimashnews.com.
The funds were used to purchase household items for families whose children are undergoing long-term treatment at the center. As part of the donation, microphones and a TV were also purchased to improve the living conditions and bring more comfort to the daily lives of the patients and their parents.
National Center for Children’s Rehabilitation (known as the Republican Rehabilitation Center until 2016) was established on September 10, 2007, and has since provided comprehensive rehabilitation services for children with various conditions, including autism spectrum disorders. The center annually helps more than 4,200 children by offering integrated medical, educational, and social support. Over its 15 years of operation, the center has treated 61,647 children, with 32,975 successfully reintegrated into society.
Dimash Qudaibergen’s fans from around the world have repeatedly demonstrated their social responsibility by organizing various charitable initiatives. Their contribution to supporting children’s rehabilitation in Kazakhstan is yet another testament to the strength of this fan community, which, inspired by their idol, strives to improve the lives of those in need.
