Famous pianists from different countries to perform in Astana
In November, Astana Opera’s Kulyash Baiseitova Chamber Hall will become a magnet for brilliant pianists from Japan, Italy and Kazakhstan,El.kz cites astanaopera.kz.
This month, Japanese performer Yuki Murata, Italian musician Maurizio Bignone, as well as Kazakh artists Timur Urmancheyev, Gulzhan Uzenbayeva, Gulmira Issimbayeva and Raushan Beskembirova will delight listeners with a variety of concert programs.

Residents and guests of the capital will have an opportunity to enjoy Raushan Beskembirova’s creative work at the concert Both the Deity and the Inspiration… from the Bel Canto Music Salonseries, which will be held on November 7. The rich program was prepared together with vocalists Tatyana Vitsinskaya, Assem Sembina, Artur Gabdiyev, Yermek Kassym, Batyrzhan Smakov, flautist Balzhan Saparova and young cellist Sultan Beskembirov.
On November 10, Honoured Worker of Kazakhstan Timur Urmancheyev, together with colleagues from the State Trio of Kazakhstan Forte Trio, will dedicate the concert Felix Mendelssohn to the 215th anniversary of the great composer, pianist and conductor, one of the most significant representatives of Romanticism in music.
Honoured Workers of Kazakhstan, composer and pianist Gulzhan Uzenbayeva and the principal first violin of the Astana Opera Symphony Orchestra Bagdat Abilkhanov, on November 19 will offer the audience an Evening of Violin Music from the Musical Alliance series.
Italian pianist, composer and writer Maurizio Bignone will perform a concert of his works, Inner Reflections, on November 23.
On November 30, listeners will enjoy a concert of Japanese composer and pianist Yuki Murata and her Kazakh colleague Gulmira Issimbayeva.
It is important to note that in addition to the performances of these musicians, in November the Kulyash Baiseitova Chamber Hall will also host concerts by other collectives and artists. Thus, on November 16, the Gaziza Zhubanova State String Quartet under the direction of Honoured Worker of Kazakhstan, cellist Yernar Myntayev, will present An Autumn Evening with the Quartet. The concert I Had a Chance to Drink from the Spring by the Chamber Choir of the Yerkegali Rakhmadiyev Philharmonic under the direction of Honoured Worker of Kazakhstan Gulmira Kuttybadamova will be dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the outstanding Kazakh choral conductor and teacher Anatoliy Molodov. It will take place on November 24. On November 27, the opera house’s instrumentalists Anel Shakirova, Aiya Gabbassova (violins), Akhmet Sultanov (viola) and Kurvanzhan Akhatov (cello) will perform at the quartet music evening From the Baroque to the Present Day.
