Exhibition «The Gold of the Great Steppe» which included in top 5 exhibitions of world held in Türkiye
The opening ceremony of the exhibition “The Gold of the Great Steppe” brought from the East Kazakhstan region was held in the Museum of Anatolian Civilizations in Ankara which was organized by the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Türkiye, the Foundation of Turkic History and Culture and dedicated to the Kazakhstan’s Independence Day, El.kz cites MFA.
The event was attended by Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism of Türkiye Gekhan Yazgi, Ambassadors and diplomats, intellectuals of Türkiye and Kazakhstan, academicians and historians.
During the program, there was also presentation of the book “Ancient Turkic Fine Arts” in Turkish by the famous archeologist Zainollah Samashev, who found many exhibits of this exhibition.
Last year at the Fitzwilliam Museum at the University of Cambridge, this exhibition was one of the top five exhibitions in the world and is known to have amazed many lovers of history, art and culture. Now Turkish people are getting acquainted with the rich Kazakh archaeology and are convinced that this is a country with a rich historical heritage.
