Documents for retired citizens to be digitized in Kazakhstan

Kazakhstan's Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry is developing a system that will be digitized paper documents of retired citizens, El.kz reports.

Bagdat Musin mentioned that work is underway to integrate archival data and employment record books into a single database. The main task is to ensure that information about the place and time of work of a citizen is automatically entered into the system and processed without additional requests to the applicant.

"The HR department will be responsible for entering all employee data. For example, if a person worked in Ekibastuz in 1989, this information will be automatically sent to the Ekibastuz archive, where it will be checked and sent back to the system," the minister explained.

The goal of this integration is to speed up the process and reduce paperwork. The Ministry strives to ensure that citizens do not spend a lot of time and resources on collecting documents and proving their work experience.
