On the eve of the Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan and as part of the anniversary year dedicated to the 110th anniversary of the founder of Kazakh cinema Shaken Aimanov and the 90th anniversary of the Kazakhfilm, the Days of Kazakh Cinema were held in Prague. The event was organized by the Embassy of Kazakhstan in the Czech Republic with the support of the Kazakhfilm studio, El.kz reports.
Representatives of state institutions of the Czech Republic, the diplomatic corps, the film industry, as well as the Kazakh diaspora and residents of Prague attended the event. The Ambassador of Kazakhstan to the Czech Republic Bakyt Dyusenbayev noted that the Days of Kazakh Cinema contribute to strengthening cultural ties between the two countries.
The Days of Kazakh Cinema in Prague aroused great interest among the public and contributed to the further development of cultural exchange and cooperation between Kazakhstan and the Czech Republic.
