Banner featuring Dimash appears in Canadian newspaper La Presse
Dimash Qudaibergen’s fans from Canada have launched an advertising campaign in the popular Canadian newspaper La Presse, which reaches approximately 4 million readers per month, El.kz cites dimashnews.com.
From November 9 to 22, 2024, 25,000 banner ads will be displayed in the “Arts and Music” section, featuring a link to a video of Dimash performing S.O.S. d’un terrien en détresse.
The campaign’s organizers hope that the advertisement will attract new listeners and highlight the uniqueness of Dimash’s work among the French-speaking population of Canada. This campaign follows the tremendous success of Dimash’s recent visit to France. His performance of S.O.S., a song well-known in both France and Canada, has become particularly popular among French-speaking residents of Quebec and other provinces.
The advertising campaign in La Presse also emphasizes the growing interest in Kazakhstan. This year, the newspaper published a series of articles presenting the country as a unique destination for travel and cultural exchange.
