Liverpool Hospital in southwest Sydney has introduced Australia’s first MRI machine capable of performing cryoablation, a groundbreaking treatment that freezes and destroys tumours without invasive surgery, Elkz reports.

The recovery is incredibly fast — patients can go home the very next day, unlike traditional surgery that requires long healing times.
