Astana to host “ALPAMYS NOMAD GAMES"

From September 2 to September 6, 2024, the Alpamys School will host the ALPAMYS NOMAD GAMES sports competitions dedicated to the World Nomad Games,El.kz reports.

This event is aimed at popularizing the culture of nomads among schoolchildren.

Participants will get acquainted with the rich cultural heritage of the Kazakh people and the history of the World Nomad Games. Competitions will contribute to the strengthening of children's health and the development of their strategic thinking.

In addition to sports relay races, quiz competitions on knowledge of the history and culture of nomads will be organized, which will allow students not only to show their physical abilities, but also to enrich their knowledge about the traditions and heritage of nomadic peoples.
