By the decree of the Head of State, Smailov Alikhan Askhanovich was appointed Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, El.kz reports.
"To appoint Alikhan Smailov as Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan," the text of the decree says.
