Alexander Bublik entered the world’s top ten for the first time in his career. He holds 10th place in the prestigious ATP rankings,El.kz reports.
It was a breakthrough day for Alexander Bublik in Hong Kong, making him the first player from Kazakhstan to reach the Top 10.

Alexander Bublik captured his ninth ATP Tour title and fifth since June. He defeated Lorenzo Musetti with a score of 7-6 (2) 6-3.

“The only goal for this season was to achieve the Top 10, and the first week I’m winning the title, I’m into the Top 10. If you told me that last April, I would never believe you.” tennis player said.

Kazakhstan has now entered the top three countries by representation in the men’s top 10. Bublik overtook Britain's Jack Draper, and officially made his top-10 debut.
