AKBARJON ISSMAILOV: PRESIDENT OF THE COUNTRY MADE THE RIGHT DECISION

It should be said frankly that the holding of the extraordinary presidential elections is an important historical event in the life of the people.

I believe that President K. Tokayev made the only right decision. As stated, the elections should be honest and open. It will be right and just if the people themselves elect the President by their will. This is the sign and indicator of real democracy.

As the head of state noted, we live in a world of dynamic speed and global changes. Modern processes of change are taking place at a very fast pace. In this regard, Kazakhstan should have a special political potential and social optimism. In turn, the evolution of any state and political system is a natural process. We can say with certainty that the transit period in Kazakhstan will pass at the proper level of stability and social accord.
