A FAMILY CENTRE FOR PRE-TRIAL AND OUT-OF-COURT SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES OPENED IN AKTAU

A family centre for pre-trial and out-of-court settlement of disputes was opened in the Friendship House of Mangistau Region.

In the House of Friendship of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan of Mangistau region, a family centre for pre-trial and out-of-court settlement of disputes arising in family relations was opened in cooperation with the Council of Mothers and the regional court, and the number of such disputes was reduced in order to strengthen family values.

"Although laws may change depending on time and circumstances, family values remain eternal. Our task as members of the judiciary is to ensure that the family does not disintegrate. To that end, we must make every effort to do so together. And the creation of this center is an additional tool in the settlement of this issue, which is important for our society," Yerzhan Garabayev, Chairman of the Judicial Collegium on Criminal Cases of Mangistau Regional Court, noted in his speech at the opening ceremony.

The center will have a psychologist and a mediator. All appeals of citizens will be kept in secret, according to the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In the office of reception of citizens there is all necessary visual information confirming the profitability of mediative and pre-trial resolution of family disputes and conflicts.

At this event, the poor families were generously handed over the money raised during the charity event held by the APK on March 1 in honor of Gratitude day by the head of the Secretariat of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan of Mangistau region, Gulzhan Ismurzina.
