93% of textbooks digitized in Kazakhstan
The number of school textbooks digitized has increased significantly, reaching 93%. This represents an increase from the previous 80%. The translated textbooks passed the state examination and were included in the list of educational and methodological complexes. The development of digital textbooks is carried out on 11 platforms of 13 publishing houses in the country, El.kz reports.
As part of the introduction of innovative approaches to education, methodological recommendations were developed for the use of digital textbooks by teachers.
Teachers actively use modern digital technologies, online communications, as well as methods of differentiation and individualization in teaching. They also improve their skills in using online resources.
In addition, work is underway to open thousands of modern classrooms in robotics, STEM disciplines, chemistry, physics and biology. At the moment, 976 schools are already equipped with such classrooms.
Separately, it is noted that in Akmola, Aktobe, Kostanay, Kyzylorda, Pavlodar, North Kazakhstan regions and in the city of Shymkent, subject classrooms are fully equipped in accordance with the plan.
