80% of young people in Kazakhstan consider family as main value
The Youth Research Center presented the results of the sociological study "Youth of Kazakhstan" to the Ministry of Culture and Information. Representatives of the AMANAT party and the mayor's office of Astana also took part in the meeting, El.kz reports with reference to the Ministry of Culture and Information.
Experts outlined the main values and interests in the youth environment. 2000 respondents aged 14 to 34 took part in the study.
According to the results of the survey, the majority (80.1%) consider the family to be the main life value. And so it has been for four years.
The participants shared their experience and best practices aimed at improving the quality of life and prospects of the younger generation. It was noted that research is necessary to build an effective strategy for youth policy.
