Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences is is expected to become the tallest residential skyscraper in the world. Photographs of the construction site were recently published online, El.kz reports.
The Tower is set to establish a new record
The tower will rise to around 557 metres and will comprise 104 residential floors, positioning it within the ultra-luxury property segment.
The project is being developed by Binghatti Developers and Jacob & Co. For Dubai, supertall buildings have become an integral part of the city’s architectural development. However, the new project is specifically focused on the residential segment and is intended to set a world record for the height of a residential tower.
Construction is underway in Business Bay, one of Dubai’s districts with a high concentration of modern skyscrapers, office complexes and high-end residential properties. The project is scheduled for completion next year.
Architecture Inspired by High Jewellery
The architectural form of the building is inspired by the signature aesthetic of Jacob & Co’s jewellery design. The glass façade with gold-toned accents extends vertically and culminates in a crown-like structure that visually resembles a cut diamond, reinforcing the symbolic character of the tower as a prestige-oriented development.
Residential offering
Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences is designed to comprise a limited number of luxury residences. Various project descriptions refer to approximately 300 residential units, although the exact number may vary depending on the classification of the premises.
The development will include multi-bedroom residences, spacious Sky Mansions and penthouses on the upper floors. A distinctive component of the project is the two-level, seven-bedroom Billionaire Penthouse.
The interiors are also intended to reflect the overall design concept. Residences will feature panoramic windows, terraces and private leisure areas, including jacuzzis in selected units.
Residents to reeive 5 star hotel -level services
The project concept provides for a comprehensive range of personalised services. Residence owners will have access to concierge services, a private chef, butler, chauffeur and security services.
The development is also planned to include an outdoor panoramic infinity pool, offering views over central Dubai and Burj Khalifa.
Residents will additionally have access to an indoor spa facility, sauna, fitness centre and dedicated leisure areas. As a result, the development is designed around a residential model in which a significant range of everyday services is available within the complex itself.
When will the skyscraper be completed?
Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences remains a project under construction. According to the announced schedule, construction is expected to be completed next year.
If the project is delivered in accordance with its stated specifications, the tower could become the tallest residential building in the world. For Dubai, the emergence of another record-setting landmark would continue the city’s longstanding competition to develop the world’s tallest and most recognisable architectural structures.
