Tokayev participates in Abu Dhabi Sustainable Development Week Summit

The Head of State during his visit to the United Arab Emirates took part in the opening ceremony of the abu Dhabi Sustainable Development Week summit, El.kz news agency reports with reference to Akorda.

The summit aims to shape the sustainable development agenda and give impetus to the 28th UN Climate Change Conference (COP 28) by bringing together the global community and facilitating constructive dialogue to build consensus on various issues, innovative partnerships and innovative solutions.

The event was also attended by the President of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the President of South Korea Yoon Seok-yol, the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, the President of Angola João Lourenço, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Egypt, the President of the 27th session of the UN Climate Change Conference "COP27" Sami Shukri, as well as politicians, leaders in the fields of renewable energy, technological development and innovation,  investors and entrepreneurs.
