Warm weather awaits Kazakhstanis for the holidays, the Kazhydromet meteorological service reports. On the eve of May 7, 8 and 9, warming is expected across the country, El.kz reports.
According to forecasters, warm air masses from Uzbekistan will reach most regions of Kazakhstan. However, in some areas in the north and east of the country, nighttime temperatures on May 7 and 8 may still drop below freezing.
In the west of Kazakhstan, weather conditions will be less favorable. Here, a southern cyclone will bring heavy rain and thunderstorms, and there is a chance of hail. After the passage of the cyclone, a decrease in temperature is expected in the region.
