Volume of services in field of sports and leisure amounted to 754.9 bln tenge in Kazakhstan

According to information over the past year, the volume of services in the field of sports, recreation and entertainment has grown significantly, reaching 754.9 billion tenge. This is 11.1% higher than in the same period of the previous year, El.kz reports.

A significant contribution to the country's economy was made by services in rural areas, totaling 72.9 billion tenge, which is equal to 9.6% of the total volume of services provided.

Among the various types of activities in the field of sports, the leading positions are occupied by:

Activities of sports clubs – 38.2 billion tenge

Activities of fitness clubs – 37.6 billion tenge

Operation of sports facilities – 36.1 billion tenge

Other directions – 125.3 billion tenge
