Vladimir Putin arrives in Kazakhstan

Kassym-Jomart Tokayev welcomed President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, who arrived in Kazakhstan on a state visit, at the capital's airport, El.kz reports citing  the press service of Akorda.

A guard of honor was lined up in honor of the distinguished guest at the airport.

As a sign of sincere friendship between the peoples of Kazakhstan and Russia, children waving the flags of the two states, greeted President Vladimir Putin and members of the official delegation, and also recited poems.

Then professional artist Assel Sabyrzhankyzy (Assol) presented the heads of state her painting, which she started painting from the moment Vladimir Putin flew to Astana. She artist invited the leaders to take part in writing the canvas.
