Shezhire in AI era: Maksat Zhabagin on preserving national digital heritageOn September 24, the UNESCO headquarters in Paris hosted the concert dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the outstanding Kazakh composer, conductor, and kuyshi Nurgisa Tlendiyev, reports El.kz.
UNESCO included this anniversary in the list of internationally significant jubilees, highlighting the importance of Tlendiyev’s work for world culture.
The gala evening was attended by Kazakhstan’s Minister of Culture and Information Aida Balayeva, representatives of the diplomatic corps, and renowned figures of the arts. In her speech, the minister noted that it was a great honor for Kazakhstan to present traditional music in Paris and emphasized that the memory of Tlendiyev is part of the cultural heritage of all humanity.
