An expert meeting was held at the UN ESCAP headquarters, where materials of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev`s State of the Nation Address “Economic course of a Just Kazakhstan” were presented, El.kz cites MFA.
Director of the Department of Information and Communication Technologies and Disaster Risk Reduction of UN ESCAP Tiziana Bonapace got acquainted with the tasks set by the President of Kazakhstan in the field of socio-economic development of the country for the coming years.
The participants of the meeting highlighted the broad prospects for cooperation between Kazakhstan and UN ESCAP against the background of ongoing transformations, highly appreciated Kazakhstan’s current participation in the work of the organization, and also expressed hope for expanding and deepening cooperation.
