Majilismen have ratified the Treaty on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters between Kazakhstan and France, El.kz reports.
In accordance with the Treaty of October 28, 2021, the parties undertake to provide each other with the maximum wide mutual legal assistance in any procedures relating to criminal offenses.
The deputies also adopted laws on ratification of the Treaty between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan on the transfer of people sentenced to imprisonment for further serving their sentences and the Protocol between the Government of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on the areas of activity of border representatives.
