Tokayev amends Tax and Administrative Codes

Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev signed the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On amendments to the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On taxes and other obligatory payments to the budget» (Tax Code) and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On enforcement of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On taxes and other obligatory payments to the budget» (Tax Code), El.kz reports with reference to Akorda press service.

In addition, the President signed the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments and Additions to the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses".

Also, the Head of State signed the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Improving the Procedure for Passing Law Enforcement Service, Increasing legal and Social Protection and Responsibility of Law Enforcement Officers, special State bodies and military personnel, interdepartmental coordination, independence of internal affairs bodies, strengthening responsibility for certain criminal offences and arms trafficking."
