The Head of State received Advisor to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Special Representative of the President on International Environmental Cooperation Zulfiya Suleimenova, El.kz news agency reports with reference to the press service of Akorda.
The President was informed of the main results of the 29th Conference of the Parties (COP29) held in Baku.
Kassym-Jomart Tokayev heard a report on preparations for the One Water Summit international event, which will be held on December 3 in Riyadh. The summit will be chaired by Kazakhstan and France with the support of the World Bank and Saudi Arabia.
The President instructed to work out the issues of ecology, conservation of water resources and biodiversity.
