Tokayev meets with President of International Association for Court Administration

The Head of State received President of the International Association for Court Administration Luis María Palma,El.kz news agency reports with reference to the press service of Akorda.

During the meeting, topical issues of judicial reform in Kazakhstan were discussed. The Head of State stressed that the creation of a new system of judicial administration in our country made it possible to strengthen the independence of Kazakhstan's courts.

The sides noted the importance of close cooperation between the judiciary, the exchange of experience in the areas of modernization of the justice system and digitalization of legal proceedings.

The Head of State expressed confidence that the interaction of the Judicial Administration of Kazakhstan with IACA will bring the judicial administration industry to a qualitatively new level.

Luis María Palma praised the transformation of Kazakhstan’s judicial management and stated the need for other IACA members to study the experience of our country.
