Welcoming Charles Michel, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev noted the priority nature of Kazakhstan's strategic partnership with the European Union.
Today, the EU is the leading trading partner and the largest investor in Kazakhstan's economy.
In turn, Charles Michel, highly appreciating the growing dynamics of cooperation between the European Union and Kazakhstan, noted the need for joint work to further develop cooperation. There was also an exchange of views on issues on the global and regional agenda
