The program of the visit of the President of Kazakhstan to Azerbaijan continued with a visit to the city of Shushi.
The leaders got acquainted with the master plan of the city located in the foothills of the Karabakh range.
As the Head of Azerbaijan noted, Shusha has been considered the cradle of Azerbaijani culture since ancient times. During its period of prosperity, the city was a place for the development of poetry, art and architecture.
Currently, active work is underway here to build and restore the infrastructure. Several hotels, museums, and mosques are already operating.
Residential buildings, educational and social institutions, churches are being built and repaired. At the same time, work is being carried out on the assessment and inventory of objects with the participation of specialists from various fields.
