The luxurious house, according to viewers resembles villas from Hollywood movies — with a massive property, panoramic windows, designer architecture, and direct access to the water.

What especially caught the audience’s attention was the estimated price: in the comments under the video, users noted that the mansion costs around 12 billion tenge.

Social media users expressed admiration for the home, comparing it to elite real estate in Dubai or Los Angeles.
