There are no plans, Zhaslan Madiyev on own social network in Kazakhstan

Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry Zhaslan Madiyev today on the sidelines of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan answered journalists' questions about whether Kazakhstan will have its own social network, El.kz reports.

- It is a very expensive pleasure to create your own social network. There were a number of attempts to create their own social network in our country, which have not yet been successful. And there are no plans. But I believe that it should be a private initiative that is ready to support and invest resources in development and security," Zhaslan Madiyev said.
