Sunday schools in Astana hold comprehensive classes in the native language, dance, history, culture, traditions and customs. The representatives of the Secretariat of the Assembly of people of Kazakhstan of Astana and "Kogamdyk kelisim" MPI at Akimat of Astana got acquainted with the work of Sunday schools of the capital, created especially for the representatives of nationalities living in Kazakhstan in order to study the language and tradition, as well as the development of culture of their people.

Classes of the Armenian Sunday school are held in primary, i.e. 1-4 grades. During the two hours allocated, children learn to read and write in Armenian language and study the culture and traditions of the people. After each lesson, students can visit dance groups. As the headmaster and teacher of Armenian Sunday School Ayastan Mneian mentioned, these schools have been cooperating with the Armenian diaspora for more than ten years and create all conditions for the study of Armenian language and traditions, as well as the comprehensive development of Armenian students.

In turn, the peculiarity of Korean Sunday school is the fact that many other nationalities study here in addition to the representatives of the Korean ethnic group. It is worth mentioning that at the Korean Sunday school, the language is taught at a high level, preserving its real and historical value, and as a result, there is an unprecedented interest of the students in learning this language.
