Deputies of the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations, Defense and Security, headed by Askar Shakirov, visited the capital's military unit 5573 of the National Guard, El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The main purpose of the event was to get acquainted with the level of combat training of the National Guard servicemen, as well as the state of material and technical equipment of the military unit.
During the meeting, the senators were informed about the service and combat activities of the brigade and the tasks performed by the military unit. Also, the deputies were shown living conditions, preparation for combat service to protect public order, material and technical support and the procedure for the use of service dogs.
All the issues raised during the meeting were taken into account by the senators, and will also be used by the further legislative activities of the deputies.
