Security Dialogue – A Key Component Of Cooperation Between Kazakhstan And Pakistan

Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Pakistan Yerzhan Kistafin, met with Director General of the Federal Investigation Agency of Pakistan Ahmad Jehangir, El.kz cites MFA.

During the talks, Ambassador of Kazakhstan apprised the Head of Agency of ongoing work at development and diversification of Kazakh-Pakistani relations, aligning with the objectives set forth by the leadership of our respective countries.

The parties agreed to take collaborative measures in combating illegal migration and transnational organized crime.

The need for broad interaction between law enforcement agencies was emphasized in order to create a "safe environment" for further enhancing cooperation between Kazakhstan and Pakistan.

As a result of the meeting, an agreement was reached to implement pragmatic measures aimed at establishing cooperation between the Agency and pertinent authorities of Kazakhstan.
