Berik Aryn, on the occasion of completion of diplomatic mission as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Saudi Arabia and Permanent Representative of Kazakhstan to the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation, met with Abdulrahman Abdulmohsen AlFadley, the Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture of Saudi Arabia, El.kz cites MFA.
During the meeting, the parties reviewed the status and prospects of cooperation between Kazakhstan and Saudi Arabia and noted with satisfaction the positive dynamics of growth in mutual trade turnover over the past two years, which was largely achieved thanks to an increase in the export of agricultural products from Kazakhstan.
The Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture of Saudi Arabia Abdulrahman Abdulmohsen AlFadley highly appreciated the efforts of Ambassador Berik Aryn to develop relations between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and wished him success in his future work.
At the same time, Abdulrahman Abdulmohsen AlFadley emphasized that Kazakhstan is an important partner for Saudi Arabia and expressed his readiness to contribute in every possible way to strengthening bilateral cooperation in all areas of interstate cooperation, including in agriculture, environmental protection and water resources.
Through the efforts of Kazakhstan’s diplomatic mission in Saudi Arabia in recent years, more than 35 Kazakhstani companies authorized to export honey and meat products have managed to establish supplies of their products to the Kingdom.
