Representative office of Innovative Eurasian University opened in Xi'an

The Innovative Eurasian University has opened its representative office in the city of Xi'an, People's Republic of China,El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the university.

Earlier, the delegation, which included the heads of leading universities of the city of Xi'an, visited the Innovative University of Eurasia.

The leadership of the Innovative Eurasian University, from June 16 to June 20, 2024, received an invitation to visit universities in the city of Xi'an. Chingiz Makenov, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of InEU, and Gulvira Musabekova, Rector of the University, flew to China.

It is worth noting that the representative office of InEU in the city of Xi'an was opened on the basis of the China-Central Asia Cultural Exchange Center. Its leader is Wang Li.

During the visit, an agreement was signed with Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology, the main profile of which is engineering programs (Institute of Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering), Institute of Economics and Management. The university has seven institutes and more than ten thousand students. It works with 500 leading companies in China, has a powerful laboratory base in engineering, artificial intelligence, and robotics.

In addition, the leadership of InEU signed an agreement with Xijin University, which has 20 thousand students. The university cooperates with De Monfort University in the UK, as well as with 11 countries of the world (America, Great Britain, Belarus, and others) in the field of teacher and student exchange, joint scientific research.

The leadership of InEU also visited the Xi'an College of High Technology, where 8000 students study, the educational institution has its own railway base, trains teachers, engineers, and nurses.

An agreement has been reached between Pavlodar University and universities of the city of Xi'an of the People's Republic of China on international academic exchanges and advanced training of teachers, inviting foreign experts and scientists of the two sides for academic exchange, professors to get acquainted with modern academic trends and research results. The parties also agreed to build an open and inclusive policy, the purpose of which is to create a dynamic international educational environment.

The Chinese side noted that this initiative was timely after the meeting of the heads of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the People's Republic of China in Xi'an in 2023.

Then the Consulate General of the Republic of Kazakhstan was opened, followed by various initiatives within the framework of the One Belt, One Road project in the field of logistics, economics, and trade relations. The participants of the meeting emphasized that human capital remains the main value of the development of global relations.
