According to the Bureau of National Statistics of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the growth in prices for secondary housing in June 2022 amounted to 0.4%, El.kz reports with reference to Data Hub.
This is the minimum value since April 2020, that is, all the time since the first quarantine and until recently, prices for secondary housing have grown faster.
Rent has completely fallen in price - this happened for the first time since October 2018. In June, prices fell by 1.1%, and the general market was driven by Nur-Sultan - here the cost of renting housing for the month sank by 3.4%.
