President Tokayev amends law for development of electric vehicle infrastructure

President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev signed the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Transport and Development of Infrastructure for Electric Vehicles", El.kz reports

In particular, according to the text of the bill, local executive bodies, in agreement with the territorial divisions of the authorized body, are obliged to organize specially designated places for electric charging stations, marked with road signs and markings.

In the modern world, the desire for sustainable development and environmental protection is becoming more and more relevant. One of the most important steps towards this is the transition to electric vehicles.
