President proposes to hold 4th meeting of National Qurultay in Kokshetau

The President proposed to hold the fourth meeting of the National  Qurultay in Kokshetau, El.kz reports citing Akorda.

- Holding such events in the regions has the  great importance and can give a new impetus to the development of the regions. We will continue this practice. It is known that the headquarters of the famous Kasym Khan was in Saraishyk, and Abylai Khan was in Burabay. This region is also closely associated with the name of Kenesary Khan, and occupies a special place in the historical chronicle of our people. Therefore, I propose to hold the fourth meeting of the National  Qurultay next year in Kokshetau," Tokayev said at the end of his speech.
