President of Triathlon Federation named in Kazakhstan

Yerzhan Birzhanov was elected President of the Triathlon Federation of Kazakhstan,El.kz reports with reference to the Ministry of Tourism and Sports.

Previously Birzhanov served as the First Vice-President of the Federation.

Deputy Minister of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan Serik Zharasbayev expressed gratitude to the previous leadership for the work done and congratulated Yerzhan Birzhanov on his election to a responsible position.

"The federation faces important and ambitious tasks. I am sure that a  professional team will achieve significant results. The Ministry, in turn, is ready for constructive interaction and comprehensive support," Serik Zharasbayev said.
