President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev hold talks with Turkmenistan’s President on sidelines of Central Asia–Italy summit

Head of State met with President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdymukhammedov  in Astana, El.kz reports citing the Aqorda.

Greeting President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdymukhammedov, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev noted that his participation in the 1st Central Asia – Italy Summit is of great significance for the further advancement of multifaceted interstate relations.

Head of State stressed that cooperation between Astana and Ashgabat shows positive dynamics in many key sectors.

The President of Turkmenistan expressed gratitude to Kassym-Jomart Tokayev for the hospitality and wished him success in holding the "Central Asia – Italy" summit.

Serdar Berdymukhammedov  expressed confidence that the outcomes of the summit will contribute to the further expansion and strengthening of cooperation between our states.
