The polling stations have opened in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Muscat, El.kz reports citing the MFA press office. Besides, the polling stations have started working in Yerevan (Armenia), Baku (Azerbaijan), Astrakhan (Russia) and Tbilisi (Georgia) cities.
