Shezhire in AI era: Maksat Zhabagin on preserving national digital heritageCentral Asia FIRST Championship will be held in Astana, El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
More than 3,000 schoolchildren from ten countries, including Hong Kong, the UAE, Turkey and others, will take part in it. Kazakhstan will be represented by 200 teams that received quotas during the qualifying championships.
Students will compete in three main age categories: FLL Explore (6-10 years old), FLL Challenge (10-16 years old) and FIRST Tech Challenge (12-18 years old). In addition to the robot game, the championship includes a competition of innovative projects and judging sessions. The winners of the Central Asia FIRST Championship will receive valuable prizes, licenses to participate in international competitions and grants to Kazakhstani and foreign universities.
