By the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Saparbekov Olzhas was appointed Vice Minister of Industry and Construction, El.kz reports.
Saparbekov Olzhas recently held the post of Chairman of the Committee for Railway and Water Transport of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
