New state body to appear in Aktobe region

The Head of the region, Askhat Shakharov, spoke about the opening of the Department for Youth Policy at the ceremony of awarding the regional youth award, El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the akim of the region.

The event was held as part of the celebration of the International Volunteer Day. It brought together the most active students who make their contribution to the prosperity and development of their native land.

Akim of the region congratulated everyone on the holiday and expressed gratitude to them for their work.

"In recent years, the volunteer movement in the region has been developing successfully. Today, there are 164 volunteer groups in the region, which unite five thousand people. You actively promote charity by helping those in need.

Each and every one of you deserves respect. I wish you new achievements in your activities," the akim said.
