Today, under the chairmanship of the Speaker of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Maulen Ashimbayev, a meeting of the Chamber was held, at which the deputies considered and approved a number of laws, E l.kz reports with reference to the press service of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In particular, after consideration, the senators approved the Law "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Simplifying the Procedure for Resolving Labor Disputes and Conflicts".
The document was developed to improve the country's legislation on the regulation of labor conflicts and the organization of negotiation processes. The amendments will concern the activities of the conciliation commission, the clarification of the role of trade unions in resolving collective labor disputes, as well as the conditions under which meetings or warning strikes can be held, and other relevant issues.
