To provide high-quality medical care to pregnant women, women in labor and childbirth, the Ministry of Health, together with a working group of the teaching staff of scientific republican centers and 6 medical universities of the country, developed and approved 7 clinical protocols for diagnosis and treatment in the field of obstetrics, El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
When developing clinical protocols, international experience was studied and changes were made taking into account the latest WHO recommendations.
Clinical protocols are advisory in nature and determine the procedure for diagnosing treatment, including the use of medical technologies of medicines.
During the development of important clinical protocols "Management of labor", "Induction of labor", "Obstetric bleeding", "Hypertensive conditions in pregnant women", etc., all problematic issues identified by the results of analysis of serious complications in pregnant women were taken into account.
Professors of medical universities, developers of clinical protocols online conduct explanatory seminars for medical workers of practical health care in each region separately.
Ensuring the high-quality implementation of all recommendations and the requirement of new protocols, health workers will have the opportunity to prevent cases of severe pregnancy complications, as well as to achieve a favorable outcome of childbirth and the birth of a healthy child.
