Neonatologists from different countries discuss best practices of newborn care in Almaty

Almaty hosted the scientific and practical conference of neonatologists "Best care for newborn patients - return to basics",El.kz reports with reference to the Ministry of Health.

The conference was organized in order to improve the quality of medical care provided to newborns to reduce neonatal mortality in Kazakhstan, as well as to further deepen cooperation with international and regional leaders in neonatology and perinatology. Experts from the USA, France, Norway, Sweden, Poland, and the Republic of Lithuania attended the event.

The conference participants discussed advanced approaches to the care of newborns and premature babies based on modern scientific research and clinical practice.
