Mongolia expressed interest in developing cooperation with Kazakhstan in field of defense

A meeting took place between the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Mongolia Almas Seitakynov and the Minister of Defense of Mongolia Batlut Damba, El.kz cites Kazakh FM.

Minister Batlut reaffirmed Mongolia’s commitment to further strengthening bilateral cooperation in the field of defense and expressed confidence in the possibility of elevating the partnership to a qualitatively new level.

In turn, Ambassador Seitakynov emphasized the considerable potential for developing defense-related ties between Kazakhstan and Mongolia and confirmed the readiness of the Kazakh side to actively engage across all promising areas.

The parties exchanged views on prospects for expanding military cooperation, including the conduct of joint exercises.
