Ontalap Ontalbayev was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Islamic Republic of Iran;
Satybaldy Burshakov was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of North Macedonia, he was relieved of the posts of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the State of Israel, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Cyprus concurrently;
Daulet Yemberdiyev was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the State of Israel;
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Tumysh Kanat Kobylandyuly was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Lao People's Democratic Republic concurrently;

In addition, by the Decree of the Head of State, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Hungary Abdrashov Zhanibek Zharaskan-uly was relieved of the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of North Macedonia concurrently.
