Kazakh athlete Ivan Ivanov won a bronze medal at the Asian Championships in Bangkok (Thailand),  El.kz reports with reference to the Olympic.kz.

He represented the country in the shot put.

"Bronze" brought him the result of 19.87 meters. The gold was won by Singh Thor Tazhinderpal (India) - 20.23. Second place went to Saberi Mehdi (Iran) - 19.98.
