Kazakhstan's Milana Krasavtseva reached the quarterfinals in the weight category up to 52 kg (K44 class) in a pair of taekwondo, El.kz reports.

According to the results of the draw, Krasavtseva defeated Elizabeth Geraldo Diaz of the Dominican Republic. In the extra round, Milana won 10-8, securing a place in the quarterfinals.

In the next stage, Kazakh athlete will meet with Jessica Garcia Quijano from Mexico.
